Shipping policy

Free Shipping

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99.99 within the contiguous United States.
  • Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are accepted, but free shipping does not apply.

Domestic Shipping Only

  • We ship exclusively within the United States. International orders are not accepted, and orders placed with an international shipping address will be canceled and refunded.

Processing & Handling

  • Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed after 12 p.m. PST will begin processing the next business day.
  • Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

Shipping Tiers & Carriers

  • We offer three shipping tiers based on estimated delivery speed.
  • You choose the delivery tier, but we select the carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, or another) to best meet the estimate.
  • Carrier choice cannot be guaranteed.
  • Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or weather conditions.

Multiple Shipments

  • To speed up delivery, we ship from multiple U.S. warehouses.
  • Your order may be split into more than one package, and you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

Signature Requirements & Address Accuracy

  • Orders totaling $500 or more require an adult signature at delivery.
  • Waiving the signature requirement means you accept full responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses can be reshipped at the customer's expense.

Packaging

  • All packaging is discreet, with no visible product details.

Peak Seasons & Holidays

  • During peak seasons and holidays, both processing and delivery times may be extended. We recommend ordering early to avoid delays.
