Q. Do you sell Atomizer Oil?

A. We do not sell atomizer Oil, we provide the empty atomizer cartridges.

Q. Do you offer Cartridge Samples?

A. Yes, we are able to provide samples of our products. If you are interested in receiving a sample order of one of our products, head over to the Contact Form and let us know how we can help.

Q. What is your minimum order?

A. We do not have a MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity), however our products are sold as bundles. We currently do not offer items at lower bundled quantities than what is listed.

Q. Where do you ship from?

A. Our business is located in Irvine, California USA.

Q. How long does shipping and handling take?

A. Orders processed before 12:00PM PST are shipped same day unless the item is not in stock. Shipments are sent through USPS and FedEx and average delivery time is approximately 2-3 business days.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Bank Transfer Payments. Alternatively, you can also pay by check or money order. If you pay by check we will ship your order once the check has been cleared by the bank.

Q. Do you only accept orders within the United States? Do you ship internationally?

A. For international orders, please contact us here or send us an email to admin@vapepenswholesale.com. We will get back to you quickly to help determine rates and options for international shipping.

Q. Do you offer quantity discounts?

A. Yes. Our discounts are automatically included in our pricing so no special code or extra processes needed. Pricing negotiation and further discounts are available on orders with a quantity of 20,000 units or more.
