We do not have a MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity). However, our products are sold in bundles, and we currently do not offer items in quantities lower than those bundles.

For cartridge orders over 5,000 units or disposable orders over 1,000 units, we can offer further discounts. There might be a couple of reasons for this. Sometimes payments are put on hold because the billing ZIP code doesn't match what's on file with your bank. If you didn't receive a confirmation email, your payment is likely being held by your bank and will be returned to you—they're holding the funds, not us.
