There might be a couple of reasons for this. Sometimes payments are put on hold because the billing ZIP code doesn't match what's on file with your bank. If you didn't receive a confirmation email, your payment is likely being held by your bank and will be returned to you—they're holding the funds, not us. Another possibility is that your order has shipped, but the carrier hasn't updated their tracking info yet. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us.
