Return and Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging with the box seal intact.

  • All accessories, manuals, and components must be included.

  • Returns must be pre-approved by our customer service team. Contact us here to request authorization. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

  • Items showing signs of use, tampering, or damage will not qualify for a refund.

  • Devices filled with incompatible liquids (such as nicotine or other non-recommended oils) are not eligible for a refund. We only recommend THC distillate for use with our products.
  • Any damage or defective shipments must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Reports made after 14 days may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened products (with the box seal broken), unless defective

  • Customized products made specifically to customer specifications

Restocking Fee

  • All customer returns incur a 15% restocking fee deducted from the refund.

  • Shipping costs (the cost to send the product to the customer) are non-refundable.

  • The restocking fee is waived if the return is due to company error (wrong or defective item sent).

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive a notification confirming receipt and whether your refund was approved or rejected.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, minus restocking fees and shipping. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Items not in original condition, missing parts, or returned after the 30-day window may only qualify for partial refunds or may not be eligible for a refund at all.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after approval:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time for posting).

  3. Contact your bank (there may be a processing delay).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us here for instructions, then send your product to:

Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • For items over $75, we recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.

International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for duties, tariffs, and customs clearance both ways.

  • If a package is refused at customs and not returned to us in good condition, no refund will be issued.
