What is CBD?

CBD or Cannabidiol is derived from the Cannabis (Marijuana) plants as it is one of its most prevalent ingredients. It is known to have properties that help with medical purposes and is thus used in various products for relief. Unlike the assumption about cannabis, CBD does not cause the sensation of "high", which makes it a safe component for human consumption.

How Much CBD Should You Consume?

The amount of CBD a person can take depends upon biological factors such as underlying health conditions, current medication, weight, changes in lifestyle, etc. It also depends upon the body's reaction to CBD. For those just beginning with CBD, it is recommended to start with smaller doses, see how your body reacts, and then gradually increase it. For example, you can start with a dosage of 10mg a day, and after a week if you feel there is a need to increase the amount, you can intake an additional 5 mg of CBD. Also, consult with a doctor before starting any dose to understand the effects and how it works. CBD products can be consumed by ways of gummies, thc vape cartridge, dry herb vaporizers, or CBD vape mouthpieces.
